Painted loosely & softly in subtle earth tones, the geometry of the knight’s body feels reminiscent of a paper cut-out, & in AR, the tiny explorer can join you in your daily travels — using your smartphone to bridge digital & physical reality.

The Artist
Noritoshi Mitsuuchi
Noritoshi Mitsuuchi is a painter & guitarist based in Japan. Inspired by character depictions of classical fairy tales, Noritoshi makes subtle, dreamy portrait paintings of kittens playing guitar while floating on a cloud, or a princess holding golden stars — highlighting one character at a time, he gives full attention to the imaginative persona, emotion, & narrative.
The Curator
Jean Claude Geraud
Jean Claude Geraud is a French curator living in Toulouse. As creator of the contemporary, urban art agency named City of Talents / @cityoftalents, Jean Claude represents and collaborates with international artists & galleries. Working since 2016, his persistent passion for art and artists has taken him to an international level. He has worked with graffiti legend Daze, and many other great contemporary artists like Noritoshi Mitsuuchi.
Jean Claude also integrates artists into charitable projects such as Learn and Skate — a non-profit that he founded in 2014, focusing on helping kids from poor countries to have access to sport and culture, they provide skateparks and cultural centers. So far, one project has been established in Uganda, & a new one in Mongolia is currently underway.
